:This product doesn't come close to the rave review from Wirecutter. It was even more toxic smelling that cautions advised. With all the PPE, it was impossible to tell if the coating applied correctly. It cost $40 and is apparently for one-time use. I would advise loyal amazon customers to avoid this product -- and think twice about accepting recommendations from Wirecutter.

We moved into a place with older water efficient toilets. There are times where tissue paper just sticks to the side of the wall as opposed to biological material. I tried other ceramic coating which did nothing. I read that the LESS coating actually came out of university research which was licensed out and thought I would give it a try. It doesn’t result in a complete non-stick surface by any means, but while the other ceramic coating had no appreciable difference, this one did help the paper slide down more often.

Not sure it’s working for me both in toilet and sink. Dried surface but doesn’t seem to make much difference.

I got this product to use on the porcelain toilets in my RV. They are electric flush toilets that don't use quite as much water as conventional home toilets do, so they don't flush as efficiently. I thoroughly cleaned the toilets, drained the water, let them get completely dry, then applied the product as directed. The flushing has definitely improved, but not as much as I'd hoped. There are still skid marks left behind that necessitate multiple flushing, which I'd hoped to avoid, though it's better than before. I'll keep using the product since there is an improvement with it.

Doesn’t work as well as we were led to believe. There are better options like the gel stamps for the sides of the toilet. We were disappointed. High price, but doesn't last that long. Emptied the water from the bowl, dried it, and applied as directed- but it really didn’t work for us. Maybe for a toilet that gets less use? Ours is used by 4 adults.

I wish the reviews had been available before I purchased, but I think this may be a relatively new product to Amazon when I purchased in October 2024. I was enticed by an article I read on line. Unfortunately, this product does not work at all. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and emptying the toilet bowl - of a relatively new toilet. I dried it and waited. Then sprayed and waited. I followed the directions exactly. It didn't even work on the first flush! The item cannot be returned to the seller. I rarely leave negative reviews, but please don't waste your money on this product.

You have to completely clean , drain/shut off the water and use a sponge to completely remove all water/wipe again to ensure it’s dry. Apply and gently wipe with clean cloth/not paper! I did two coats and will let y know!Re pic : some hard water stains I couldn’t reach, toilets 10 years old … day three after cleaning/apllication still look like new , will try and repost in two weeks .

This the first wire cutter recommendation that has been an absolute zero. Did not work on my toilets. And no returns allowed! What a waste of $39.
