Okayish product. Don't trust the positive reviews here.Disadvantages:1) The product is what is advertised however I was hoping that it would be a closed band. However it is a open band which makes it difficult to do exercise for people especially of old age. We have to pull the band very rigorously with hands which is obviously not possible with people of old age.2) Since it is a open loop band the type of exercises that you do are severally limited and you have to compulsory use hands even though you want to primarily target leg exercises.3) There is very little difference between Light / Medium / Heavy. I was hoping heavy would really be heavy so young age person can do strenous exercise but that doesn't seem to be the case.My advise to the people here would be to buy bands of other companies which have closed loop.

Average product .If use everyday then won't last for 5-6 months.Use only if you are looking for basic resistance training.

i bought light one and the product is okay. i bought it for 228 but mrp written in pack is 170.

Length of bands is great.There is a clear significant and perfect strength difference between the 3 bands. Don't know why someone said otherwise.Quality is good, does not feel flimsy if you know what you are dealing with.And get open bands like this are wayy better. More variety of exercises. more adjustable. Want more resistance? hold from closer.. Also open bands can be easily made into a closed band, of different size.@ 500 the price is fantastic as well.

The resistance strength is good, but the length of the band is a bit smallIn the product display it seems that three bands come for the price....but in fact it’s only one!

Good product. Bought it for my husband. He has been using it regularly and every time, he is done with his exercises, he keeps commenting on how good the band is 👍👍

excellent product for resistance training..good Quality latex.. can knout and unknot easily..as its open belt can be used for variety of exercises.
