Love this kit! It's been over a year & it's still the best I've used! ... Like it so much, that decided to take the extra time today, to come back & rate it . It's not always easy for a home stylist to find the right elements in a kit (have gone thru a lot of kits over the years & spent a lot of time online researching). Both the large & small trimmers are just the right size in my relatively small hands (5'3 female), handle well & have a long battery life (can go several months before needing to recharge). Have been cutting my husband & son's hair for years & this kit is my fav. I like to use the large clippers to speed up the main cut & the small trimmer for the back of the neck & around the ears, very clean lines. The carrying case is quality too & easy to use, w a strong zipper. Keeps everything nicely in one place.

My wife has been cutting my hair since we were married (think Monica Lewinsky time frame). She had, for the past 6 months or so, been using a brand that shall remain nameless, and it wasn't performing well, getting clogged regularly and having other small, but annoying issues. I read through the reviews for cutters, and seeing this one did well, purchased it for my wife so she would not be as frustrated (and for me.... a tee'd off hairstylist is a dangerous person to be in charge of how you will look for the next month). It arrived well packaged and in good shape. The wife was not sure about the lack of a cord, but it came to life with vigor and cut well right off the bat. The display telling her battery life she liked, and it didn't lack for power. I noticed a calmer, less stressed hair cutter standing behind me, and the results were very good! The detail and nose hair trimmer, along with a fairly decent pair of scissors were nice additions, and although not the least expensive option on Amazon, I think my wife would agree it was well worth the price. She's had two rounds with the cutters now, and is very happy with them. All and all, a good value and a quality trimmer that a non-professional home hairstylist would appreciate. If this is to be used in a more professional setting.... maybe not as sturdy as you might like. But I think that would be a bit beyond my area of knowledge, so perhaps give them a try in that setting too.

First off it comes in a box kit that is very usable. It’s hard and it zips. The quality is amazing it’s very light. It cuts my beard and no time flat battery life last a long time and very little noise you can do it while your kids are asleep right next to you, this thing is an amazing product and very worth it! also, the appearance is very sleek, and I love the way it feels to hold in your hand. It is super durable, and the sharpness of the blades makes it so easy to design hair.

the clippers are good the big clipper in great and the tiny ear/nose trimmer is good but the small clippers do not want to cut and using them to line up a part or even go over an to get close will leave a lot of uncut hair. the comb on the fine tooth side isn't cut all the way so it will get stuck in your hair. if you need a set that has a case or just overall basic cuts this is fine for the money but if you are needing all the tools to do their job spend a few more $$

Edit: I said I would update my review if I heard from the seller. Well I heard from the seller and they apologized for the defective clippers and immediately sent me a brand new unit. I used it yesterday and it worked as expected. Hopefully I won't have any issues down the road, but as of right now I'm a happy customer and gladly change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Excellent customer service!! Original: First let me say, I've already gotten a refund. I really wanted to be able to write a 5 star review but I can't. This is really a nice clipper set and it worked great when I first received it. But after three uses, the led display screen on the clippers won't turn off as you can see in the video. The display originally went off after 3-5 seconds but now it's on 24 hours a day and it's a little concerning whether it will cause it to overheat or if the display will just burn out. And what's even worse is the battery charges while it's not plugged in as you can see in the video. Maybe I just received a defective unit and no one else will experience this, but right now I can't recommend it. If I hear from the seller I'll gladly edit this post.

Love it i always cut mine and my sons hair, not shaven styled. These clippers are both lightweight and powerful, the charge also states for a long time

After less than 6 months one of the items stopped working and now after 12 months the rest of the items have failed also. Really disappointing
