Good stuff! Its a cleaner energy than caffeine. I used to drink 3 cups of coffee before noon but now its down to one.

this product works very well. however do not take two at once. i ended up with jitters and throwing up. one is enough!! i recommend taking it 30-40 minutes before working out. it gives you energy but if you don’t use the energy it gives you. you won’t feel good.

So it makes you sweat like crazy just sitting down doing nothing! The first day I did notice a little jitters. The next day I used it as a pre-workout if your working your body out you don't notice the jitters as much. I also ate a small healthy snack right after taking it which probably helps with any nausea. It's an amazing pre-workout it gives you the Boost without the Itchy face. I also noticed it does help with my appetite. A lot less binge eating so I can eat more intentionally to fuel my body.

Shewwwweeeeee. If you want to see sound and hear colors, this is for you. I drink a ton of caffeine/coffee everyday as a mom of 6 and full time employee. But this? I'm certain I could do everything there is to do, and still have 23 hours left in the day.

These supplements are awesome at helping with Energy and Focus. I'm not sure on the appetite control as they don't seem to do much there but my workouts have been fantastic while taking these.

I've been using this product for years, but it appears that the formula may have changed with the December 2024 batch. The pill no longer gave me the boost that I would typically expect.The jitters and sweating are not a "bug" but a "feature" of the product that really wakes me up. This latest batch felt like a placebo and i'm greatly disappointed. Please go back to the old formula!

I have a weaker stomach and it gave my stomach quivers all day long and then the bloke came, I think I might’ve been allergic to something in them.
