Visible results. Taste and froth is balanced. Insanely costly. I have seen muscle leaning and buildups. Instant gratification post workout. Mixing with even chilled water wasn't an issue. No problem of lumping. But has a very sticky after effect when premixed with water. No creatine and thats good for your kidneys. Must buy. However cheaper prices are available offline. I have half a scoop of this blended with a banana/apple, oats, and milk every morning. Lasts me all the way up to lunch and has really helped clear up lingering symptoms of my hypothyroidism. It's a bit too sweet but the oatmeal helps to cut that down. Just cocoa powder and milk is another option. I tried using dymatize(?) before this but kept detecting this bitter chemical-y aftertaste that I haven't had as much of a problem with here.Lasted roughly three months of regularish usage for me. I've bought two tubs so far (this and the chocolate flavor) and both have been genuine. (Pecan primarc I think was the retailer)
