an effective tool if you learn how to use it
This style of massage tool is very effective for some very specific uses. If you are new to it, I highly recommend watching a few videos showing how professionals use these on different parts of the body. This tool has a standard shape and the various curves and points are designed for specific areas of the body.My wife got a similar tool made of jade, which is a traditional material for it. This stainless steel version is very nice to use, and is easy to clean (you can even run it through the dishwasher). The surface feel of steel and jade are a little different, but if you are using oil or lotion you are unlikely to notice much difference. The other main differences are that jade is more fragile and likely to break or chip, but in traditional use the jade is supposed to help channel the body's energy or something like that. Personally, I prefer steel and this tool is excellent to use.Besides the specific shape of the tool, the hardness is part of what makes it effective. I have had success working out stubborn knots using this, but only after learning a bit more about how to use it. Because it is so hard you can bruise or injur yourself (or your partner) if you are not careful. It's not complicated, but watching a video of a professional using it is quite helpful.I'm pleased with this tool, which is affordable, high quality, and a great additional to my tool kit.Highly recommended if you are looking for a massage tool of this type.

I actually use this as a burnishing tool
I've been using plastic "bone" folders for my bookbinding for a while, and while I really loved the shape for making creases, the material left a lot to be desired. However, while paging through Amazon one day, I couldn't help but notice that this type of Gua Sha tool actually matched the creaser tool's shape pretty much perfectly. If it was gentle enough for skin, surely it would be gentle enough for paper, right? To my surprise, this tool is actually AMAZING at making sharp creases! It has a great weight and feel in my hand, and the edges are softly rounded enough to not tear the paper. Unlike my "bone" folders, the metal here isn't about to wear down, and it cleans up so easily. Definitely worth its price for papercrafts!

thicker would be nice
The machining is quite well done, with no sharp edges or uneven contours. The variety to the latter gives you lots of options for working into tight spots. The only slight oddity is the multi-directional grip has different shaped finger grooves on the two sides. The glaring issue is how thin it is. It digs into your hand and it digs sharply into whatever body part is being worked on. A wood scraper fills out the palm in a way that is difficult to replicate with metal, without making it too heavy, but this piece would really benefit from some sort of reversible rubber grip. I added a chunk of door edge guard for a makeshift grip. It's a little tipsy in the hand as a result, but stabilizing it with the other hand works well and it's way more comfortable now. Something more rigid that clips over the inner and outer portion would be nice.I wear a medium/large men's glove and the width of the finger opening fits me perfect, with no pinching but no free space, either. If you have large hands, it'll probably be a bit snug.I do find it amusing that they claim the product to be unbreakable, as stainless steel is actually among the more fragile metals. But, compared to non-metals, you would have to try pretty hard to break it.

Perfect for relieving tense muscles
I have used a jade face gua sha before but this was my first time using a larger sized stainless steel gua sha for muscle scraping. Came with a nice storage pouch as well. The stainless steel material makes it easy to clean. It also protects it from breaking in case it is accidentally dropped which is the problem with other materials of gua shas made of jade, quartz, or other stone materials. Tested this out tonight on myself and my significant other and can already tell that this is going to be great. The back of the box gives some important suggestions (and precautions to take) for different muscle groups on the body. I love this muscle scraper because there really are so many uses, I orginially thought it would be used mostly for the back, shoulders, and neck but learned that you can also use it on your arms, feet, legs, hands, etc. Excited to get some pain relief from those tense muscles and this is the perfect tool to help me do so.

Long, versatile gua sha - great quality
The Gua Sha Tool (Stainless Steel Muscle Massage Tool) by Moikiwi is a well-made, well-packaged massage tool at a very good price. It arrives safely inside a durable storage case and a branded box. It's attractive enough to make a thoughtful gift. When I initially looked at the specs of this gua sha, I was concerned that it might be too narrow to grip comfortably. But it's actually quite comfortable to hold and use. For reference, I wear a medium women's glove. The edges of the gua sha are rounded and smooth. The "points" are also curved and rounded, making this tool safe for scraping or massage. Over the years, I've accumulated quite a collection of gua shas in different shapes and materials, but this one has quickly become one of my favorites. This is an awesome product.

Great quality, works really well
This product is just as pictured and described. I've been using it regularly with great results. It's easy to use and feels great. It's a full body massage tool, and I find it particularly beneficial for my face and to ease my tight calves. There are instructions on the box explaining how to use this tool, unfortunately the print is so small it's impossible for me to read; but I took a picture and zoomed in on it in order to make it out. It comes in a nice pouch, is made from stainless steel. It’s a well-made, sturdy product that should last for years to come, I recommend it.
