A really great toy for my 8 month old
My baby loves taking the carrots of the stand. Later on I’m sure he will learn to put them back, it’s a great toy for concentration and learning

Really sweet little toy
This is such a cut little puzzle, and very well made. It's all wood, aside from the felt carrot-tops, and as stated, everything is very smooth, with rounder corners. It's very simple, with a cube with holes in, and a set of seven painted carrots, each of which fits into only one hole. I would say that the shape of the carrots is pretty reperitive, so it will be hard for young children to sort them visually by eye, but then if a carrot doesn't fit in one hole, then it will fit in another! When my niece played with this there was a lot of initial interest, then she clearly got a little frustrated at not being able to match the carrots to their right holes as each is so similar, and more than a few were thrown in frustration! However she did come back to this again and with a little help got everything matched up, and was very pleased with herself. For her the joy was turning the box upside down and watching the carrots drop out, then looking to us for our reaction!I can also see where the carrots will serve a second use as my older niece and nephew arrive, to be put in the shop of wooden food items along with fruit and veg, and ice cream and cake. Together they do look very nice, and the quality of these enables htem to sit well with higher-end Fisher-price items. They'll obviously last a long time, provided the felt leaves stay in the carrots. They seem to be pushed into a hole in the top and held in place with a wooden peg, and all had a good tug from us before we geve them to my niece, and seemed secure. In all this is a lovely wooden game that will look very nice stored out on a shelf, and is well sized to small hands. It's a very pretty looking thing and comes nicely boxed, so would make an excellent gift. A great little toy for the price.

Great wooden toy
Love this toy for my 14month old. She loves picking out the carrots and putting them into the holes. It is actually more difficult than it looks and my 3 year old also enjoys the challenge. Really like that this is wooden as opposed to plastic too. It's a great size, not too big and easy to store. It's brightly coloured and attractive to the little ones and encourages them to puzzle solve. Very good.
