Extremely bad buy
Extremely unhappy with this product- Cannot feel the air unless one stands below the fan. Very noisy fan, just installed today as was out of station. I wish Amazon would take it back as being a regular customer. Please do not buy this fan.

The efficient working of the product
Installed the Fan in Jan 2020 , however started using it only in May 2020. The fan worked well for some time there after its working was a little erratic with regards to its speed.It has now stopped working all together.I am sure it is still in the warranty/ guarantee period .Request if it would be possible to replace the defective piece and ensure better quality of product to future customers,

Did not receive both canopy along with the fan.
The product is good ,but did not receive both canopy(s) along the fan.PS : Please make sure all the basic parts are also included along the shipment as shown in the picture, if not please mention seperately.
