The size is incorrect. That size listed is for the lid only. The space at the inside of the box at the top measures 11.5" x 13" and it gets more narrow towards the bottom. I wanted something a little larger. Most importantly, you can't have glue on the inside of the box if you are using it for food. If it didn't have the glue and it was larger, I wouldn't mind as much. Also, probably wouldn't proof the dough in this box, because the type of wood used is very porous and may dry out the dough. UPDATE: I managed to sand out the glue and I have been seasoning it with oil. I'm only going to try using it for mixing and will still proof in a glass bowl with 2 towels. One wet towel and one dry.

The construction is well done. The only thing I dislike is the glue inside the box where I will be making bread with. I had to cut out the glue and sanitized the box before mixing ingredients. Just be cautious about it. To the ones who make this box, be careful with the glue insode the box... cut it and make sure is food safe. If you add yeast with warm water it will disolve some of the glue and can cause issues to your health. Other than that I am happy with it.

As someone who's been making pizza for the past 12 years, this wooden proofing box is not only beautiful, but allows the dough to rise like there's no tomorrow! I used to use a stainless steel bowl and used a plastic wrap which did just fine, but the wooden proofing dough adds functionality and class into my kitchen. My friends are impressed with the box and leaves no doubt I am serious when it comes to pizza dough! It cleans up well and if done properly, just dusting and wiping off remaining dough is enough. I can't recommend the box enough. If you want to add a bit of pizzazz :-) to your pizza, get it!

Ich habe den Verkäufer vorher angeschrieben und gefragt woher das Produkt stammt, ob es aus China kommt, er meinte das ist amerikanisch Ware und nicht aus China , Ich habe den Verkäufer vertraut und das Produkt bestellt, leider hat das Produkt abplatzer an manchen Stellen , das man ständig aufpassen muss , wo man es anfasst, außerdem ist innen der Kleber zu sehen , Mittlerweile habe ich mich erkundigt das Produkt wird in China gefertigt und nach Amerika geschickt. Für mich ist das nicht korrekt

La boite à pizza en bois avec poignée de couvercle pour la cuisine, la fabrication de pizzas faites maison, accessoires de rangement, bois naturel de la marque Juexica est arrivée avec une petite fissure dans le fond de la boite, un coté de la boite mal collé ainsi qu’un morceau cassé sur le coté du couvercle. Des traces de colle alimentaire du moins je l’espère sont visibles dans les jointures. Dommage!!!

Actualización He realizado una segunda compra de esta caja ya que realmente tiene buena manufactura, el vendedor esta vez si cumplió con los tiempos de entrega. He visto comentarios negativos sobre la caja en relación a mojarla y que se daña y esto es normal toda madera que se moje se inchara y romperá, al ser un producto que estará en contacto con la masa viene al natural, yo aconsejo que después de cada uso se pase bien una espátula y retirar el exceso de masa, y posteriormente con un paño húmedo limpiarla bien sin dejar residuos, dejar secar para evitar hongos, de esta manera se mantendrá limpia y libre de masa vieja, saludos! Primer comentario Excelente acabado y ninguna presencia de hongo, no presenta olor al pegamento utilizado y esta perfectamente lijada no se perciben las uniones al tacto, el producto esta muy bien, la atención después de concretar la venta por parte del vendedor es pésima, se tuvo un atraso de 10 días y el vendedor nunca contesta al Menos que el Comprador hable a amazon y Amazon le hable a el vendedor lo cual se vuelve cansado y tedioso, si estas dispuesto a eso adelante con tu compra.
