Ok product , had once power failure issue.It seems this is common case for all tcl tv it need to be addressed

In 5 years both TCL TVs had lines showing up the screen

its good. for 4 years. then it's lost. dont buy it for long runs. the screen change is 11k rupees. not worth it.

Price - Bought it for Rs15,500 during Summer sale.Delivery - Within the given date.Installion - After 1week of delivery(Wall mount is given for free during installion without any charge).Display - Doesn't play any 4k videos.Plays all types of 1080p videos(H.264only). Screen quality is average and in settings enable noise reduction to 'high' and also set backlight, contrast and brightness to 50% for better picture quality and deeper blacks but it forgets the adjusted settings after switching it off. TCL Indian website says that the panel is from Samsung. I recommend HD channelsonly as SD channels' are pixelated.Sound- Loud enough but sound separation and clarity are just average and it supports surround sound.Ports - All the 4 (2 HDMI, 2 USB) ports are easy to access even when wall mounted and all of them work. I think they should have given 3HDMI ports and a headphone jack.Remote - Batteries are provided in the remote. Though it's an old fashioned remote, it is quite simple and easy to use.User interface - Not much to talk about it. Simple but needs little improvement. Can't play if sub-titles' document (if separate).Conclusion - Can't expect more from it for that price. Nothing awesome but *very good value for money*.I heard that TCL customer care and service centres are not good. Keep that in mind while purchasing.NOTE :- It has been only a week of usage. Don't know for how long the TV might work without any problem.

Firstly good service by both Amazon & TCL.ORDER PROCESSING,DELIVERY & INSTALLATION:I am from chennai and i ordered this product on 3rd march arnd 6pm and it got delivered on 4th March at 8.30am ( that too on a sunday).I installed the TV myself since i did nt want wall mount. But to my surprise got a call from TCL on 5th saying they will send their technician to fill warranty forms and also do wall mount if needed FOR FREE. The Technician arrived promptly on 6th around 3pm gave the wall mount frame since we did nt want it to be fixed and completed the registration and went. All this happened without me making a single call. EXCELLENT SERVICE.PRODUCT QUALITY & PERFORMANCE:The panel and bezel quality is good and looks premium, thin panel, attractive stands and 2HDMI + 2 USB ports.The remote quality is average but a simple and neat one which serves its purpose.Screen clarity is good when i played hd videos using chromecast but with set top box non-hd channels the picture quality was just okay.Sound quality is a low like most TVs and one may have to add a sound bar or atlst a 2.1 speaker unit.Its been just 4days and my parents seems to be happy with the product so far.Got it at a 2k discount + 3month interest free EMI.Lets see how it performs over a period.

I am writing this review after more or less three years of use.Picture quality can be compared with any HD TV of famous brands at a very low price. Sound quality is also good. When played on HD channels the picture is crispy, colours are vibrant and well customized through different options available in remote.Only one draw back is in sound output port.If you are thinking about any external sound system like home theaters or sound bar for adding with your TV you have to be very careful in your choice. The TV has analog sound output port(RCA) which has very low output. Other option left is digital output with S/PDIF (non-optical) which is basically a digital interface presently used by MI and TCL. Now the only option you have, to buy MI sound bar which has the same port with same interface.I know the era of non-smart LED TV is gone but you may think to buy the same at very low price with an additional streaming device at nerly rs.3.5k and if taken together it will be much less if compared to same size of smart TV.

UPDATE(17-08-17):The Installation guy came, and he installed the T.V in just a few minutes. The T.V is quite good, and the Price to Performance ratio is pretty damn good; fully satisfied, but one thing that bothers me is that I am not able to save the Panorama settings on the T.V, otherwise there are no problems.No one came for the Installation of the T.V(I got the delivery on 11/08/17). I have called TCL at least 5 times, and not just that, I have also contacted Amazon for this issue a couple of times. Now, I have given them(TCL) a stern warning that if they won't be installing the T.V till 11.00 A.M (17/08/17), I will return this product.P.S- This is not a review of the T.V or Amazon's Delivery, just for the TCL Co. Also, I am definitely sure that I am not going to buy any other TCL product in the near future.
