Nice change easy to use
I have over the past few years bought so many of this kind of pen. They always seem to clog up and make a mess in a very short time. These have not done that at all. I love the flow of the ink and I recommend these to any artist or crafter. High quality and value

Very Good Oil Paint Markers; A Little Difficult to Control the Flow of the Paint
The quality of the oil paint in these markers appears to be quite good. The markers are relatively easily to use and the color (I ordered black and white) is rich and shiny when it dries. The only issue I had was with the flow of the paint. The white colored marker seemed to let out a bit more paint at a time, which made it slightly hard to control. I would return to order more in the future as-needed despite this issue.

Great To Add Details To Leather, Fabric, Even Paintings
I like to have various pens which I can use to add small details to shoes, leather, fabric, or paintings.HOW TO PRIMEI did not have any issues priming these. You shake them back and forth and then press them on a firm surface firmly over and over until the paint runs down to the tip.PERFORMANCEThese seem to have a pretty good performance. I will say that these can be tricky to use for finer details, but for broader strokes or even thinner lines allow for some larger lines, then they are great. They are not fine line pens on either side. I have to go slow to control the paint, yet speed up of it comes out too fast.SURFACESI have used these on leather for a detailed dot or line, fabric, glass, and canvas paintings. They worked well, but you need to give them some time to dry- I am talking about 20 minutes. On a humid day, probably longer.THE BOTTOM LINEThese pens are a great addition to have in my art tools. They supply good ways to add small details on a variety of surfaces.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. These work well for me. I want to add that they have to be used up within a couple of years of opening. I learned from experience that saving them only results over time in a dried up pen. I encourage you to use them up in a few years.

Great for painting rocks
These paint markers are great for painting rocks. I really like that they have dual tips so you can start with the bigger tip and then finish up the more detailed spots with the fine tip. Black and white are very common colors so this is a great deal and helps a lot when painting rocks. The paint dries quick and doesn't run when you seal the rocks. I highly recommend these paint markers if you paint rocks.

Obviously thick paint coating / writes well on slick surfaces
Hello everyoneAfter testing this item I found it to be a well suited pen for writing on more unforgiving surfaces. Surfaces like plastic and very shiny or laminated paper usually refuse alcohol based markers or acrylic paint. Because these surfaces have such a low frictional value the paint tends to pool and doesn't write very well. I found these markers to be a convenient and useful tool for writing and marking those types of surfaces that do not usually accept ink or paint well.Specifically, I bought these markers for designing on plastic and leather because I would like to add pen designs to some shoes and some plastic sculptures that I own.I found that the paint does take some time to completely dry, if you don't let it dry for at least 15 minutes you may find that it is still sticky. In this case, the sticky paint is still wet and can be smeared or damaged if you touch it.The paint itself is thick and opaque, I can't really compare it to anything else I have drawn with. The paint goes on so thick that you can visibly see the raised area where you've painted. This ink flows well and the caps seal tightly. The paint goes on very accurately, the tips are suitable for low detailed markings and writing. The pens are dual tipped and have a nice rigidity to them making them feel durable when pressing down to load the ink.Overall I like these pens, and I would definitely buy them again. I do find these to be a value as single pens of this quality may cost you the same price as 4 of these pens sold by BIGTHUMB. The package arrived overnight and was slightly damaged but the products inside the pack were not damaged and work very well. I would suggest these pens to anyone who needs a permanent marker that won't waiver on surface compatibility, artists, carpenters, crafters, etc.. I think these are high quality pens that should last you a long time with appropriate use.I gave the item 5 stars for quality and the thickness and quality of the ink.I hope this review was helpful and I hope you enjoy your new items. Thanks for reading.

Take soooooooooooooooooooooo long to prime
These took so long to prime (1-3 minutes per nib) that I was starting to think that they didn't work. I got them because I needed a white one to write a personal memorial message for a cat I recently had to put down on an acrylic suncatcher, as the white acrylic marker that came with it was terrible, and I knew an oil-based marker would work much better, which it did once it finally got going. However, it also took a very long time for it to dry, and I ended up smearing it. Luckily, it washes off with alcohol so I could redo it. I will probably continue using these on my rock art.

Ok for rock painting but takes awhile to dry
I bought these to try some rock art and I really like the look and performance. The two pens provide different thicknesses and the colors pop and don't bleed too bad. Be careful though! I smudged my favorite rock by handling it too soon after painting; took a good 15 minutes to fully dry.

Work great on different surfaces
These dual tip paint markers are perfect for use on different and difficult surfaces. They work well. I used them on the heels of a pair of boots, on fabric, and on paper. The two different tip options are nice, one thinner and the other a bit thicker. The color lasts well.
