One of the primary reasons I went with this option was because I was seeking anything that would help me establish a more consistent schedule throughout the evening hours. As a result of the fact that my nights are not always constant, particularly on days when I am late for work or my schedule is disorganized, I was looking for a device that would be simple to use and maintain. That taking it seemed comfortable enough that I really kept consistent with it was the aspect that I appreciated the most from the very first week. My typical time of consumption is in the evening, and I like the fact that it enables me to identify the precise moment when my day begins to transition toward rest rather than being in a state of work mode. That may not seem like much, but in actuality, it has proven to be very helpful. Due to the fact that I had no trouble sticking with it day after day, it became much simpler for me to evaluate how well it suited my lifestyle over the course of time. When it comes to my priorities, consistency is more important than first impressions.

Good size for people who cannot swallow large capsules. So far, good!

I’ve used this product for a long time, and thought it was decent, if a bit expensive. But they recently changed the labeling and product composition so that, instead of claiming to contain 400mg/95% RDA of elemental magnesium, it now apparently contains only 49mg/12% RDA of elemental magnesium. This is probably because 100mg of “magnesium glycinate” is at most 14% elemental magnesium, with the balance being glycine. So to get the 400mg RDW of elemental magnesium you think you’re paying for, you’d have to take about 2860mg of “magnesium glycinate”, or at least 8 servings/16 gelcaps per day. Unfortunately this would also mean you were taking 8000IU of vitamin D (1000% of the RDA), and 240mg of vitamin B6 (14,120% of the RDA). I can’t recommend this product because they were either dishonest about the prior amount of elemental magnesium in the old product or they’re now giving you 1/8 of the amount of magnesium for the same already-high price. And they added titanium dioxide and some other unnecessary ingredients that also make the product less desirable.
