The media could not be loaded. These pots and pans are first of all, beautiful! Slick and easy to clean. On medium heat I did achieve a fully non-stick affect with an egg. I will say, when I hard boiled eggs or boiled water for mac and cheese, medium heat takes forever. These pots are supposed to disperse heat better so that you only have to use medium heat but boy dies it take a while.

Amazing Cookware! Strong, light weight, ultra non stick & ridiculously easy to clean! Glass lids are durable and fit great. Highly recommend. Note pans might cook a bit faster/hotter than other pans. The heat transfer is insane. Best pots & pans for the money. Make sure you have ALL non-metal utensils. They don't scratch easy but why chance it or ruin them.

This set is wonderful and I love the inside colour. Cooking on a lower temperature, with no added fat and fast cleanup even when you forget you put something on to cook and the contents are black.
