Charging challenges, Not good value for money
The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted. Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.

Excellent Device For Healthy Teeth
Brushing cleans only the exposed parts of teeth. Philips oral irrigator does deep cleaning of spaces in between the teeth where a brush cannot reach. It is as good as or even better than the other irrigators in the market. A major advantage is that it has a two-year warrantee. In case of any issues. Philips customer care centre in Singapore is easily accessible for prompt help. I highly recommend it
