Wrong!
This colour is called NAVY blue, its not even close to "sky" blue like the picture showsI'd rate a zero if I could, so tired of wasting money on false advertising

The yellow doesn't really come out at all
I thought the yellow wasn't yellowy enough.

It's ok
I bought the dark yellow. Which means it was orange! lolThe 1oz bottle will last me a long time. It serves its purpose.

Messy
Messy and didn't work for my stamp - just made a mess out of it. After using this ink I had to buy a whole new stamp. I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because it was my fault, also, I should have just bought a new stamp instead of trying this ink refill. Notaries - if your using the pocket slim stamps this ink may not work and will be too much when stamping your documents - make sure you have a back up stamp before you use this ink refill.
