The only pre-workout I will use doesn’t leave me feeling itchy or jittery love the clean ingredients and has a really delicious taste. I have never had any stomach issues or reactions to this at all and I have been using it for almost a year.

I’m not a fan of the stevia taste because it tastes too sweet but this is good when I add more water. It really gives a great energy boost in the morning! It’s not a jittery caffeine boost, it’s a feel good surge of energy. I got the sour gummy flavor. It’s OK, a bit too sweet but nothing that adding a bit of water won’t solve. I will try a different flavor next time

This is a good pre-workout I use it every morning before jotting the gym. It last for a long time and I don’t crash on it. It doesn’t make my face itchy like other pre-workout powders.

I’ve been using Alani Nu and Ryse Godzilla for a while, this is their weak baby brother/sister. I gave it a whole week everyday before my workouts. It tastes extremely sweet, it’ll keep you awake and will make you sweat but it won’t help WAKE you up, it won’t help push harder. Normally when I take a pre workout and I don’t workout I’ll feel the tingling, this one will do nothing of the sort. Such a waste of money.

I’ve been using this product for a couple weeks now just started getting back into the gym. The flavor I ordered was the gummy worm flavor. It’s tastes pretty good! My only issue is, I’ve noticed with this my energy for my workout is good for maybe the first hour tops, then I start to crash after a while. It makes me have no energy for the rest of the day. Not sure why or if anyone else experienced this. Just a heads up!

I’ve been using Bloom Nutrition Pre-Workout for a few weeks, and overall, I’m happy with it. It gives me a solid energy boost without the jitters or crash that some other pre-workouts cause. The mix of beta-alanine, ginseng, and L-tyrosine helps me stay focused and push through my workouts. I also appreciate that it contains natural caffeine from green tea extract and has no added sugar. It’s a bit too strong for my preference, even when mixed with extra water. Other than that, it’s a great product that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a clean energy boost before training.

This product taste just like gummy worms and it’s not chalky! The quality is wonderful!! I really enjoy all of bloom’s products so this was a no brainer for me
