Truly non-stick and probably the only health-safe non-stick option currently available in the market. Do not heat empty pan and do not use on high heat unless the pan contains enought water/oil to completely cover the bottom.

Worked for a couple of weeks... Then the eggs got stuck to the pan horribly

Bought this after I bought the 9.5 inch sold by amazon, and it was great for a couple weeks. Now, cleaning is more of a hassle than a regular pan. I cooked a steak marinaded in teriyaki sauce with no oil and it took 3 soaks to get it clean. The 9.5" I bought from Amazon cleans the same meal in little time. Wondering why this product is so different from advertisements and my other gotham pan. Not worth the money.

Have used this three times now with a little olive oil and on medium heat. Three times meat glued itself to the pan and left the pan a charred mess which had to be soaked and then double washed. As are most "seen on tv" products, this is absolute garbage. This was a complete waste of money as I had to switch to old worn out Walmart pans to finish cooking some steaks and sausages. It's only value is keep it on my shelf to remind me that if something sounds to good to be true...it most definitely is.

We have been using this for only a few days, but so far it has more than met our expectations. Guess only time will tell how well it holds up, but for now, it's a thumbs-up! Just as an update, don't waste your money on this pan - we have been using it for just over a month now, and everything sticks to it - wish I had purchased this from a local dealer, because it would have been returned as totally useless! If there was a 0 stars, that is what I would have rated it!

I am someone who religiously reads reviews on amazon, yelp etc. before buying any product and I have never ever written any review for any product ever!! I took out time form my busy schedule just to write review for this one because I really don't want anyone to spend $44 on this waste product. Total waste of money. The non sticky does not even last 1 month and every thing is sticking to the surface. I never washed it with any harsh material. i just used it for 10 times and food started sticking to the surface.

first time of using it was impressive. Second time...everything stuck. Not too impressed,now have to use with oil like any other (cheaper) pan
