Arrived on schedule. have to download the app for full instructions and to get it to work properly. the clamp could be wider. it cannot hold the S26 ultra phone with the protecting sleeve securely. it also needs a way to hold a regular camera, so no need to carry an extra gadget. but overall, it appears to be well made. Just got it, and have not used it in the field.

Product came to me damaged. I didn’t open the box immediately. I assumed it was brand new and unused. Because I opened past the return deadline, I’m now stuck with a damaged product.bi decided to try it out regardless, it doesn’t track properly. The different options do not track. I have tried to use it as a gimbal, tripod, and the hands free options. All of them are very glitchy. The do not track accurately and the one time I tried to use the AI special tracking camera the entire thing kept trying to spin in a circle. It got stuck trying to only spin one way and would never stop trying to turn. I had to shut down the entire gimbal to make it stop. The only thing I did was attach it and try to turn on the gimbal. I’m so very disappointed as I had been following this product for a while and really looking forward to the usage I was going to be able to get out of it.now I’m stuck with a product that malfunctions. I might as well be using my regular phone tripod instead.

I really wanted to like this but I've ended up hating it. I've watched tutorial after tutorial and still struggle with it. It's marketed as 'NO APP' right in the name, but it IS an app-based product, which feels really misleading. The build quality itself is genuinely nice and sturdy. The problem is that it flips all around and shakes while you're filming, which makes it really hard to actually get the shot you set out to capture. Disappointing for what it promises.

Produit sympa mais relativement lourd à l'usage. Attention a la taille de votre téléphone. N'est pas adapté à tous les téléphones, surtout s'ils sont de format maxi. Par exemple l'iphone 11 Pro passe tout juste. Il passe à 2 mm du bord de la poignée lorsqu'il tourne. Sinon très bon rapport qualité/prix
