It leaves a kind of gelatinous taste behind which is very noticeable. Also might cause digestion issues or allergies so be wary

Use little quantities like quarter of a spoon don't put 1 spoon it will turn the mixture into a gum.
Best investment made so far makes smoothies thicker turns cold cofee thick without need off putting ice cream makes bread fluffier and helps to make ice cream with only milk.
