Chep product not working

Excellent watch with a nice glossy finish. The quality is superb and the delivery was very fast. This watch is worth the heftry price you pay. Bluetooth controls can be changed using the bluewatcher app. The watch is very durable and I cleaning it is very easy. I have been using it for the past 3 months and I didn't find any issues.Cons - Too bright led light which will only allow you to read analogue time.

This product is good but must have missed some features like charging via cable but this is a cell operated watch.if you want to access only for music this is best but no other features for this watch.but for the price range we can have a mi band 5 which is far better.and a cheap priced one.

I wouldn't say fantastic. It's a good watch. There are issues, albeit minor. Bluetooth is erratic, but usually ends up working. The light is more or less useless unless you bring the watch right up to your eyes. Apart from that, for the G-Shock part of it, it is brilliant. Holds up to its "armored van of watches" title. And yes, it does turn heads!

I am using xiaomi mi5. Earlier i downloaded gshock+ and g mix app,first 4 to 5 times connection failed then it connected, after that i didn't faced any problem. But i wanted something more from this watch like incoming call notifications and whatsapp notifications. So I unpaired my watch and removed all those casio apps, then i downloaded bluewatcher app from google playstore and this app is really awesome, it turned my watch to full smartwatch. You just have to apply some brain then you can make full use of it. Now i am very happy, i can control my stock music player, i also changed functions of the buttons.UPDATE - 20/09/19Since i switched to IOS, I am not able to connect this watch through Bluetooth. It's really frustrating, I mentioned this problem to casio through email but got no support.The CASIO G SHOCK+ app is not compatible with IOS 10-13. THIS APP WAS LAST UPDATED 3 YEARS AGO.SO IOS users if you don't require Bluetooth feature then you can buy this. I am not using Bluetooth features but still I like this watch.

After that i approached to Chandigarh authorized service center - 17 C - National Watch House - 17c, according to them they confirmed - only repairable . they again open the watch and raised the Module change cost of Rs.4500/-Now watch is with me - not working and even paid Cell replacement charges Rs.600/- ,Requesting for Replacement of watchi Have purchased the best company watch and now the quality of casio in very poor and wasted money .Pls replaced the watch

The Bluetooth feature, sturdiness, and a huge popularity of this watch among men compelled me to opt for it. The watch's resin band makes it shine like a diamond (literally). I was a big fan of G-shock G339 but didn't buy it since the watch has become the favorite among counterfeiters, nowadays. They make replicas so perfectly that It becomes super hard for a layman to distinguish between the original and the fake one. I love this watch though I don't use its Bluetooth feature much. It's one of a kind. Your friends will definitely attempt to emotionally blackmail you to borrow it for a day or two (maybe they'll never return it). Buy this G-shock and see people staring at your wrist wherever you go. Most attractive watch under 10k.P.S. The product is original as expected from Amazon. I successfully registered the watch on Casio India website after 30 days of making a purchase and claimed the 2 yrs warranty.
