Fantastic, but use as treats with a good wet diet
I typically feed my cat an exclusively canned food diet, supplemented by just about 6-9 high quality dry cat treats per day for the sake of her teeth. I do this because cats are originally a desert species that is used to getting the water they need through food, and consequently they have a low thirst drive and are quite prone to dehydration and kidney ailments arising from that. This can happen even if plenty of fresh water is available, and even if you think they drink enough, since they just aren't meant to live on a dehydrated diet (few species are, in fact). In my opinion, the only reason to give a cat kibble is for their teeth, which are not as important as their kidneys. With that said, I needed to go out of town for 24 hours, and rather than subject my cat to boarding--which she hates--I decided to get some good quality dry food to leave out for her. Well, this is definitely good quality! Opening the bag, it didn't appear to be a regular kibble at all, but more like freeze dried formed meat. Actually, it is the strangest cat food I have ever seen. From looking at it, smelling it, and reading the ingredient list, it really does appear to be just dried meats and good things without any fillers whatsoever. This results in an incredibly dense food that is EXTREMELY palatable for cats. Seriously. I mean, I just opened the bag and my Charlotte was there waiting to gobble it up. Her canned food is two different ultra- premium brands that get alternated for breakfast and dinner, and they cost me $150 a month. Let me tell you, she never runs to those like she did to this one. That tells me the filler level must be pretty low. So, the bad news is that I wasn't able to leave this food out for her on my away trip, since she would have scarfed it down in about 15 minutes and not had any for later. The good news is, I will be replacing her cat treats with this in the future. I will definitely not change her canned food diet no matter what her preferences (I am the parent here, and she can't eat whatever she wants), but I can feel good about giving her these instead of her treats, which I always thought were a bit like junk food. These I can believe are nutritious, and good for her in moderation. When used this way, I think the size and value are very reasonable.

Worth it! Read description!
My cat loves it. I mix it in with her other dry food and if Iโm able to afford it eventually she can have it as her main kibble. I try giving her wet food as much as possible, but not all of us have the schedule for that and this is the next best thing. Is it pricey yes but it is worth it. I donโt think you should give it less stats because of the price or the amount when itโs very clear before purchasing how much food you get. My review is purely on the quality and if my cat likes it. She is more than a cat to me but my baby.

Like But Not Loved
My 2 Maine Coons eat it, but it has not become the #1 favorite. I think old traditions die hard.

My cat loves it!
My cat loves it! Itโs expensive, but so much healthier than kibble.
