Have used this impact driver over the weekend while removing, disassembling and rebuilding front suspension/shock absorbers on my car. The tool removed wheel nuts with ease then easily undone the suspension strut mounting bolts and was really helpful/useful. Battery held up really well and this driver really helped speed up the job. Well worth the price based on the test ive put it through on the car

Perfect tool

At this price point it represents great value for money. I would't recommend it for a trades person but for those difficult situations on a DIY basis it certainly comes up trumps. I recently had such an occasion when the blade on my mower became hopelessly stuck. I'd tried to release it with copious amounts of WD40 and a spanner with a 18" extension handle to no avail, however, this tool released it within seconds. The fact that it comes with a limited set of impact sockets and screwdriver bits is a bonus. My only gripe is that the battery is a very tight fit, and I mean bang it in with your hand to get it to seat tight, removing it is also a challenge as you need to release the catch and bang the back of the battery on the workbench to get it free which can't be good for it. I've lubricated the slides with silicon grease and I now think I will need to do a bit of judicious filing to sort out this, the only downside which spoils what is otherwise an excellent tool.

Bargain, Excellent value for money , long term or heavy use??? not sure , would recommend.

I'm surprised how powerful it is.

Its a good drill but its unable to removed torqued wheel nuts which is disappointing. I suppose for the price I should of expected this.Otherwise the drill is good for everything except wheels.
