I got the wrong idea when I read the Amazon ad for this stuffed dinosaur and thought that it came with an open stomach that could fit two smaller eggs in it. IRL when I saw the package- all I saw was a big gray egg in it . (made of stuffing, of course- but the one egg). I wondered where the dinosaur was- and then, where the two small eggs were.As I took the dinosaur out and examined him, I realized that there were no eggs, there was just the bigger dinosaur and you could turn him inside out (because of his stomach) and he became the egg. Also, there are no smaller eggs.Where did I get this idea, I thought as I re-examined the Ad for this plush toy on Amazon- I think that the product is titled, in the end, "2 stuffed animals in one"- and that there were several photos of the dinosaur rolled up- in which you couldn't tell that there was any opening- or dinosaur inside. But I am getting over COVID and my head is the stuffiest since I got it- so that might be why. Regardless, I like this stuffed animal.If you look at the photos that I took of this dinosaur- you will see one of the dinosaurs as it looks when full and then, when rolled up inside a ball. The thing that this dinosaur does that makes it a favorite of mine- is that the head can pop out of the dinosaur- and maybe a hand or two with claws. You can see that I captured the dinosaur beginning to emerge from the egg, looking as I have just described here so that others can see what I mean.I did think the dinosaur would be slightly larger though- from the tip of the tail to the nose, I would say it is about a foot long (sorry, lost my measuring tape). However, since this is a guesstimate- I may be slightly off- but not by much. I think for what it can do and the size- it seems to be a pretty good child for younger children. When I was almost asleep, unable to find my body pillow, I grabbed the dinosaur- however, he only fit right against my face, really. So when it comes to snuggling- unless you're a very little child and even then- not so much.In my photos, you can see hanging on the egg (when the dinosaur is rolled up) is a tag- when I tried to tuck that tag (which is on the seam that runs in the middle of the egg) into the mouth of the egg- but it is too far. So that tag can stick out- and could be bothersome- if people have certain conditions they need to meet (for instance, if any person worries that a tag could be dangerous)..The dinosaur rolled up appears different in color too, when you see it IRL. In the Amazon photo of this product- I think the outside of the egg appears greener, rather than gray. In the photos I took, you can see the egg appears gray (with no green look or tint to it, at all) and it is a gray color- not too dark though. In the Amazon ad, I believe the dinosaur (the full-bodied T-Rex), appears greenish too- IRL the body looks to be the color brown.But when you can roll a dinosaur up and have it look like it's emerging full grown from an egg- pretty cool, in my book and worth 5 stars- despite the slight negatives- it can be cool for the right children and dinosaur enthusiasts.If anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out and ask.Thank You

Kind of a meh stuffy but it does flip into an egg. The ikea version is nice/bigger and easier for kids to flip. This isn't bad, but isn't anything special.

It's cute and plush, and not as bizarre as I had thought it might be. In the egg format it is a little bit smaller than a football, and when you turn it inside out - it opens into a dinosaur, just as plush and soft on the outside! It's good fun for a variety of ages, from baby (supervised) to Toddler and beyond. You can reverse it over and over, and your child gets to decide whether to store it as an egg, or as a dinosaur! Better than just an egg plush or a dinosaur plush, because it's both! This makes a clever gift too!

This T-Rex is so popular at my house, for both boys and girls alike. This is a favorite toy especially for the younger ones since it is so soft. All the kids think it is cool that this T-Rex can be rolled up into a ball. I do not like that the ball gets tossed around, but it does roll nice. Too many things for this ball to knock over or break. But I do love that the kids have a lot of fun with this particular stuffed animal.T-Rex is extremely soft, which is why the younger kids really like it, especially at night. Some like hiding other toys, particularly other dinosaurs, in the belly. It stands up by itself, and is actually a real cute T-Rex.I had to laugh when I read this is a "Happy Stress Relief Plush", because it is exactly this plus a whole lot more in my family. Quality made, stitching holding up well. So glad I got this for my kiddos. Can't really go wrong with dinos in any way here.

My son loves this dinosaur. He loves how it flips in and out like it's hatching from a egg. Its soft. The only issue is the stomach stays open and doesn't close.

Grandson found this little guy in his Easter basket. He was excited with just getting a stuffed dinosaur but when he saw that it would turn into an egg he was thrilled. The dinosaur is soft and cuddly. It is made well and any child would be happy to get one. Overall, this is a really cute stuffed dinosaur that makes a great gift!!!

This is an adorable Tyrannosaurus plush and it ships in a sealed bag in the egg form.My main issue is at 20 dollars it is too high priced because the egg parts are not as stuffed as they could be so this becomes a very wobbly T Rex. If the egg shell sides were larger and better stuffed the chest would have better support. You have to stuff most of the egg in the butt for a comfortably standing dinosaur. The plush is also missing Velcro to seal the stomach better.It's not a bad plush but it needs a few upgrades to be worth 20$.
