I was shocked to find replacement batteries NOT available from HP when the original battery failed completely shortly after the warranty expired. A supporter shipped two of these wonderful batteries to me with a carton of donated clothing. I've only had them a week, but am happy I they are working just as good as the HP original.I've never experienced a complete battery failure, like the HP original before. Usually the battery slowly loses ability to hold a charge.
