I've been using this pillow for over 3 weeks now since I got it!I am mostly a back sleeper and sometimes sleep on my side as well.I had been struggling to find one that works well for my needs. I tried many pillows throughout the past year and a half and would run into similar issues: pillow is too flat, too high, too firm, not evenly distributed.This is the only pillow that has worked for me. The height and fluffiness is excellent. The pillow is soft yet still a bit firm.I love the idea of being able to change the amount of stuffing (full sized stuffings) in the pillow. When the pillow gets unevenly distributed (usually after one night's use), I just have to fluff it up before heading to bed and it'll last the whole night rather than constantly needing to re-adjust the pillow throughout the night.

Product idea is great. You can mix and match the individual layers to your personal comfort and likes. The outer cover is nice, soft, and has a strong zipper.Personally, I couldn't find the right combination(s) for me, so I am returning them, but overall, the product is recommended.

I hate buying pillows. I've been though so many styles over the years. So far, I love this pillow. Getting to chose the level you want at any given time is great. I chose 2 pillows. The other I have set aside to lay on top if I feel I need it or just want one level. I fall asleep almost instantly and my neck never bothers me. Great buy at a goid price.

No, I returned these. Got the 3 insert one. They got all lumpy with me just looking them over and moving them around. Like the craft filling you buy where you want to make your own pillow. Like sticking that in a pillowcase yourself.No support either!

I had tried a different brand of layered pillow before and it was flat. It had 5 layers and was flat as a pancake. I have a bad neck and it's been bothering me a lot lately so out of desperation I got one of these because of the good reviews. I am SO glad I tried this one. It fluffed up quickly and is so soft and comfortable but doesn't flatten out when you sleep on it. Honestly the only thing that would make it better is if the outer pillow case was made with cooling fabric. I'm tempted to buy another so I have a backup pillow....

The concept of this pillow is fabulous. Also side note, please make sure to check whether you're ordering their real goose feather pillow or their down alternative option as other reviews mention this. My only issue is that I clearly received a used product. Bummer!! From the two pack, one has clearly been used at least, if not both. The 3 inner pillow inserts were layered in with tags on different sides, bent out of their original manufactured state and just have that slept in feeling and look to them. The bunching that's happened with this pillow could only happen with use. Very lightly used, but used nonetheless. I'm sorry but I'd like the pillow I buy to start new, my head only, not to be used by another human being, even if only a day or two. I'm not sure how I feel about ordering another round now. I think I'd really like it if I had received an unused item.
