Do not buy this if you think you can start using this by just assembling it yourself. The gears system was preinstalled but broke when my kid was riding it at a low speed. The mail to the support team of the company bounced. Amazon's support staff confirmed on call that it could be returned even if the original packaging was missing (it was a gift). I waited for the agreed pickup date as mentioned by the Amazon support person. I did not get any call. Now I see that she had selected self shipping as the method. I can't spend money on shipping a faulty product and wait for them to refund my money.. I have already shared the pics of what broke. Update: The FitTrip team could be reached on phone and agreed to resolve the matter without a return or exchange. I paid for the broken derailleur & shipping as it was broken due to bad usage. They sent me the part along with some goodies. They also explained how gears have to be used correctly. Hope they include the same information during delivery. Amazon wasted a lot of time by telling one thing on the call and doing something else on the system. Changing the rating to 5* as the cycle is lightweight, well painted and better than my son's friends' cycles.

The cycle is an absolute eye-catcher. The whole city people were looking at it whenever I was riding it, so aesthetic-wise super check. Everything else is working fine as expected. The build quality is top-notch for the price. But, do note that this is mid-range priced MTB, so don't take it for extreme harsh rides like RedBull videos. Apart from that, it is lightweight and very easy and smooth to ride. There are three gears in front chain-ring and 7 in the rear casette, ensuring you get the most speed on top gear and most torque on lowest gear for smooth climbing.

What a great cycle

Cycle ka look, design, gear aur brakes sab achhe hain, product quality se main satisfied hoon Lekin assembly experience achha nahi tha. Proper instructions ya video guide na hone ki wajah se mujhe front wheel assemble karne mein 1 ghante se zyada time lag gaya. Manufacturer ko chahiye ki ek proper assembly video banaye aur uska QR code user manual mein de. Isse customers ka time bachega aur experience aur better hoga.

Fitting problem this item

Writing this review after 10 days of usage: Design - Excellent Quality of material - Average Parts - flimsy. The cycle is already started showing issues , the seat quality is not good , Over all quality is questionable. They cycle crank is already broken. I have already returned a cycle which had some issue with gears, while returning it I had to fight pillar to post and some one from the cycle company almost threaten us - that you will not get your refund as we would not be doing it from our side. Thanks to Amazon for facilitating it. Now within 10 days cycle crank is broken , I have sent email to the customer care but the mail has bounced as the recipient inbox is full. I am not sure to call it a worst purchase on Amazon, but its almost close to that.
