The material is just what I envisioned from the description on Amazon, though it was a bit thinner than I thought it would be. Turns out that was a good thing, as handling, trimming, and smoothing it was very easy. Plus, if you wrap the edges (which was not originall done from the factory) the cloth is the perfect thickness when it comes to fitting the headliner back in the truck, behind all the body trim pieces. The only flaws in the job were self-inflicted but they are in barely noticeable places (a couple of creases on the edges). If my experience changes in any way I will post an addition to my review. BTW, I used 3M Headliner adhesive, making 3 passes over the surfaces, allow about 5 minutes for it to tack. Work 1/2 at a time from middle out moving front to back.
