The subnado doesn't hold low, medium or max speed more than 8 secondes before shifting automatically into cruise mode, even at max battery charge ! Refund please

Great scooter however battery life is 20 to 30 at turbo. At second speed last a bit longer but not as fun. You feel like aquaman at turbo. May buy the next one up. Kids love it! Haven't taken it to beach yet. Read the directions! Update........... It died.. Fully charged however trigger provides no power. Seems to be in the trigger. Will try to get a repair warranty but highly unlikely. I was really concerned noticing it came from out of the U.S.A... Update...... Fixed !!! At the nose where the trigger plug connects, debris or something on plug, no sure what. Reconnected and started. Runs like new.

This is so fun!! We bought for my sonโs birthday and he has had so much fun with it. Itโs pretty powerful and easy to use.
