Well it's very good as it has led displays so we don't have to look at the laptop again and again

I have been facing technical issues with my Numark NV-II dj controller. I had purchased the product in July 2019. I have attached the invoice and order details with this mail.It was functioning well for the first 2 months, however later it started to show some technical glitches and snags. I have also attached some photos I took of this issue while it was taking place.Initially the waveform in the display was distorted but the rest of the features were working. At times some of the cue buttons would also not respond. After a week of facing such issues, the controller automatically went into firmware update mode while it was being used, since then it has been in waiting for firmware update mode and is not responding, which is why I contacted your support team. It was showing the below message.1. Error 7: invalid MSG ID. Run firmware update mode.2. Connect to USB.. waiting for update..Ever since it hasn’t been working and I’m seeking solution for the same. I have not been able to use it since the past few months. I have a good price for this product, and be advised the product is still under warranty, so I hope this issue is resolved at soon as possible.
