The feel is identical to original LEGO; the parts fitted together just like LEGO. The model construction is more challenging than a Lego model but care and patience is needed. The building techniques are good and the model is very stiff / sturdy when handled. The bricks are good quality and so far no pieces are missing. The only difference I have noticed is that axle connectors do not turn as easily so a good tip is to make sure the axle connector is aligned (+ not x) before assembling to it. The instruction book has some info about the model and its designer and is good quality. Only observation is the diagrams are quite difficult to follow sometimes so require careful checking. Given the size of the book they could have been 25% larger which would have helped. Also it’s easy to misread which type of connectors is needed but it soon becomes apparent you’ve got it wrong if you got the wrong one.
