Very good for extra cleaning of teeth now and then. Teeth feels so fresh and clean after use. This is how the dentists clean teeth so now we can do it at home ourselves!

It is very functional. I like the larger reservoir and ease of use. I have another handheld flosser for travel as this is not as portable. However for home use, this is one of the best suited and very practical. The motor is a bit noisy, but apart from that, a fantastic product.

Good product as far as oral hygiene is concerned. Can save significant time and money on dentist. I just have one concern.... I got the product shipped with a cut in wire. I don't understand how can they ship faulty products all the way from U. S. And now I have to put insulation tape around wire from day 1 of it's use to avoid contact with water... pfffft.

WaterPik is best and very effective in cleaning the teeth specially if some one has gaps and food gets stuck in gaps. Best for oral hygiene.

Bought in Nov. 2015 and used regularly for 10 months. After 10 months the unit got burnt and stopped functioning. When sent to Mumbai office of the company, they blamed me for completely burning the unit; and rendering it beyond repairs. Two staff members interacted with me and both were disrespectful. They said I had not used the product as recommended (just) because I had not switched off the wall switch. I explained that the unit switch was switched off though, like on any day in the past and the machine motor had stopped making pulsating sound, which clearly indicated that the machine had been shut. It is therefore apparent that the machine circuit or the mechanical switch was defective, allowing machine to draw current even when it had been shut. I explained that no one generally shuts off the wall switch of any appliance like computer, oven etc.; and the units don't burn off just because the wall switch is not shut.When they realized I could talk some technical stuff, they exhibited anger by saying "we do not want customers like you".The staff of the company was quite arrogant and argumentative. They even went to the extent of saying, "you keep burning the unit and we keep replacing?" in a very challenging and insulting manner. After some unpleasant debate they agreed to replace the unit.However, when the unit came back it was the same old unit, just repaired (even though they had earlier concluded that the machine was beyond repairs). When I sent mail enquiring why the old unit had been repaired and sent when a replacement had been promised, there was no reply. Also, to my question as to why there be heavy loose object in the repaired machine, they have not responded.Since the company and the product is American, I have strong doubts if the adaptation of the unit for Indian 220V from the US 110V has been implemented in a reliable manner.The company owes it's customers an explanation why the machine got burnt when the motor had been shut by the switch on the machine, a status that is obvious from the silence of the unit after switching off by us.The American company needs to also correct the attitude of its staff in Mumbai with some lessons in politeness and customer orientation.

The motor has stopped working within a monthIs this the quality of this brand nowadays ?Or has this dealer given a defective pieceI had an older one which worked for several yearsI’d like to return this but the time period has elapses

This unit is excellent. Water flossing is the best way to keep teeth clean. I have similar unit that I use in USA. because of the voltage difference, I decided to purchase one for use in India. Waterpik is a reliable brand. i recommend it highly.
