Good product overall; had issue with "Limited" connectivity

Very quick delivery by Amazon. Pros - Installation with provided CD is a breeze. If you have access to LAN cable, it is recommended to go to TP link site and download latest drivers. - Good range for my usage (10-15m away from router with two concrete walls and 4-5 bars signal strength). - Clean design and construction. - Exact placement can be adjusted with provided mini-USB cable. Cons - Had an issue with Limited connectivity after detecting my home network and entering the password. Could not figure out the reason online. Called TPLink support line and was told that the adapter only works when WiFi network encryption is set to AES. Mine was set to TKIP/AES by default. After changing this in the router settings, it works fine. - TPLink Utility software just plain does not work on Windows 8.1
