I have been using this now for about 2 weeks. It seems good. Easy to blend into my morning coffee. I am having it to increase my cognitive abilities. I am still evaluating that part. It comes with a clear scoop inside - it was hard to find. Now I use it each day.

Not sure if this is doing anything health-wise, it came as part of a combo with their beet powder. I love their beet powder, so that was the primary motivation for my purchase, and the cost with or without the mushroom powder add-on was the same, so I got the combo pack. I have tried this solo in water and mixed in other drinks, and there's no flavor, which is good. If you're looking to try a mushroom product but are afraid of the taste, this one is solid. Alone, in flat water, it just has sort of a mineral taste, maybe a tiny hint of mushroom if I were forced to give it a label. In coffee, tea, smoothies etc, you can't taste it at all. It blends very well into hot and cold drinks and food, even with just a spoon. Mushroom-based products seem to be the newest health trend right now, so if you follow those types of trends, then I'd say this is great. It may be that I haven't taken enough of it to feel any real health impacts, but I certainly don't feel any worse than normal, and I'm generally in good health, so if this helps maintain that, then great. I'll leave an additional review after a few months.

Product states 113 servings per container. I started mine on 3/1/26 and now 5/5/26 it is gone. I got 67 servings using their enclosed scoop. I also missed a few days in that total. It requires a whisk to keep it dissolved. Taste is fine, no issue there. There is no explanation as to why it is not 100% organic.

Oh my gosh! I’m down to the bottom of the can! I’m wa ting to believe this helps my hot flashes. But I’m not sure if it is working. There’s no taste so no worries. But the smell is like mushrooms so get used to it if you hate the smell of mushrooms. I love this stuff because the texture is good and I believe it helps my health as well as it’s a good price.

No odor or foul taste! I tried another brand and had to toss it…. Every morning a scoop in my coffee and I’m good to go!

I don't love mushrooms. I was worried that this would be icky. It really doesn't taste strongly of mushrooms. It has kind of an earthy flavor like cocoa powder. I've been putting it into a chocolate protein shake and into chai and you really barely taste it.

I was concerned about the energy you get from this product affecting my nervous system, but it’s amazing. It doesn’t affect my nervous system at all I love the clarity I feel And it goes great in heated soy milk or coffee. The taste isn’t prominent at all I will be purchasing again

Good product. I'm still using my first container of it, and I'm not sure if it's helping me or not but I'm using it. It mixes well in my coffee with just a slight nutty taste.

I especially love that it includes lion’s mane, chaga, reishi, and other powerful mushrooms — all in one! The taste is neutral and it mixes well with water or smoothies. This is a wonderful 'I want an afternoon long espresso latte' substitute. Add some vanilla extract until you get used to the taste or keep it as a vanilla latte, but it delivers. I am cutting down on my caffeine intake and therefore trying a few different things, while also keeping the vanilla theme I love so much. In my opinion, this is worth a try if you want to give your nervous system a little break and a boost. I will be purchasing this product again.

I wanted to share my experience with this product after using it for a few days. I started by adding half a teaspoon to my coffee before work, and I was genuinely impressed. I’ve struggled with ADHD my entire life and have always found it very difficult to stay focused or sit still, especially in my field, IT, which requires a high level of mental concentration. The very first time I took it and started working, I felt extremely focused. For the first time, I was able to stay fully engaged in my work, which was a completely new experience for me. I’ve always had major difficulties with concentration, and I strongly believe in the medicinal potential of mushrooms and in natural solutions that nature provides. That said, I’m not claiming this product is a miracle or that it will work the same way for everyone. Everyone is different, and some people may try it and feel no noticeable effects. What I can say is that since I started using this product, I feel significantly more focused. I’m also sleeping better and feeling happier overall. It’s still early, so I don’t know how this will evolve over time, but so far I’m very pleasantly surprised and plan to continue using it.
