Oh my gosh! I’m down to the bottom of the can! I’m wa ting to believe this helps my hot flashes. But I’m not sure if it is working. There’s no taste so no worries. But the smell is like mushrooms so get used to it if you hate the smell of mushrooms. I love this stuff because the texture is good and I believe it helps my health as well as it’s a good price.

Didn't really feel a difference. I thought I would feel at least some consistency in my energy. Taste was fine. Mixes well. However, I would not purchase again.Update: this vendor is very responsive! This product didn't help me but they reached out to me after my 1 star review. Told me they are offered a refund. I declined because I had already used half of it and didn't feel it was fair to this business. I checked my account and they refunded my money. The product may have not worked for me but that doesn't mean it will not work for you. Good business etiquette!

The taste is solid. The ingredients are a good mix of different mushrooms. I mix it every morning with my other powders and it goes well with a variety of other flavors (lemon, apple, citrus...etc). The only thing that would make this better is if it mixed easier. It clumps less than other powders I have tried, but it still takes some work to fully mix in. Otherwise it has been a good buy!

I feel like this product gives me energy and motivation and focus. It’s not a jolt of energy but a subtle energy. After a cup of coffee with this in it within about 15 minutes, I’m up off the couch getting stuff done. It seems to black out all of the overwhelm and you’re able to focus and before you know what the work is done. I’ve recommended it to several family members and friends and they say that it helps them also.

This stuff is a game changer. I put one serving in my smoothy every morning. Noticed calm and clarity like it says.

My brother told me about this and he is a bit of a health nut, so I wasn’t sure how it would taste to me, but it is good. I have put it in coffee and even cookies, I baked. First day I felt so much more energy and I swear it helped my cold too. I have been taking it ever since then, and it helps to give me that boost before my workout.
