Very nice and useful product at cheaper price, my wife is 9 month pregnant and her back is paining from last few weeks, this product helped alot for relief and relaxation from back pain. Also it helped for my mother's leg massage to recover the pain after ligament surgery.

I usually don’t write Amazon reviews, but after buying two of these massagers within the last two months, I felt it was necessary to share my experience. In both units, the motor started to misalign and malfunction within just a few weeks. I initially thought the first one was a one-off issue and ordered a second one, but the same problem happened again. While the machine works well initially, the durability is very disappointing. The 15-day warranty also doesn’t offer much support given how quickly the issue appears. I have trashed both of it, Overall, not something I would recommend due to its short lifespan.

I have used the hammer version of Dr.Physio which works well even years later... but due to handling pain on the arms i decided to go for this.. Pros Similar effects of trigger point release but not deep tissue.. so worth it for post workout out, muscle strain in neck back & lower limb area. Ok for loosening up the muscles & to improve blood circulation in tissues. Dont worry about less thermal/heat generated by device as this is apt. Too much heat during muscle mobilisation might cause tissue damage. Good motor... yet to test durability. Saves money.. i pay Rs.1000/- to an expert physio per visit for trigger release & passive stretching in chennai. Hope this may reduce the number of visits. Do's suggested Please Ice the areas you have used the massager to prevent soreness & further inflammation. Use as less as possible to prevent muscle tenderness. Alternate between icing & heat pad use post usage of this device for better effect. Try to stretch ( active or passive ) massaged areas post usage. Don'ts suggested Do not put body pressure on massager as it will reduce motor life & cause more pain to you than relief. Do not experiment on older people as the device is not point specific & will definitely impact bones. Take physio advice for older people, handheld could be a better option. Do not use for longer periods as the head is hard. Do not use near major bone areas as the device does pretty hard rotation Cons Short cable length. Less cushion. Overall a good product if used the right way.
