It tastes good. It is a good milk additive.
I have been using Cadbury Bournvita since I was 10. My family and I still use it. Good. Package was nicely delivered. It is a good milk additive. It enhances the flavor of milk and it does enhance nutrient contains of milk It has nice chocolaty taste. Can be used instead of Cocoa Powder. I use it for taste and recreational purposes not as health drink. It does come handy when I am in hurry and cannot have lunch, breakfast or dinner. Milk, malt, glucose and sugar provides enough nutrients and calories to get me going. Bad. Cadbury Bournvita does not really have much to offer in terms of health benefits. It does not really offer health benefits as touted. It is not as good as protein isolate based health drink. Suggestion. Cadbury Bournvita is good it you use it casually and in moderation. Do not fall for advertisement. No health drink can replace a well balanced diet. Take balanced diet for health life.
