Very sturdy. Decent bed and definitely fit to size. Didn't put up the slide like I wanted it was bigger than expected but still a very good bed. The kids loved it. Not very heavy to move and very easy to assemble. Everything was labeled and pictures really helped with setup.

I give this 4 stars because one of the bars had the holes in the wrong side so I had to improvise.. but besides that everything came out nice I love the bed

Probably the worst product and company I have ever dealt with from Amazon. I purchased the bed from Amazon and upon receiving it there was NO hardware to assemble it. I emailed the manufacturer and they were kind enough to send me the hardware. Upon receiving the hardware, none of the bag letters matched the letters in my directions and was a guessing game from the start. I was able to assemble the frame. But once I moved onto the ladder and slide I discovered that I was a bag short on screws leaving me unable to even assemble the ladder and some screws were shorted leaving some boards loose and wiggly. I will NEVER be purchasing another JoyMor product. If I could leave zero stars I would nothing but a hassle and run around from the start.

I’m pretty positive the picture had gray but I guess the description wasn’t clear enough as I had received white. I am still keeping the product as it’s still a gender neutral color but I did prefer Gray not white. Currently building so far otherwise it seems good.

Definitely was skeptical after seeing the 1 star review but, due to timing and circumstances I took a chance and I am more than satisfied .. instruction manual as well as the hardware was all included and it came together very easily .

would 100% not recommend purchasing this! the item was delayed with no communication when reaching out, every person i spoke with was rude except one which wanted to help was told i would get 50% refund due to inconvenience of all my issues. got the product and the bed was built incorrectly so the holes didn’t match. was told i was told that it was a “miscommunication” and would not be getting anything back and they wouldn’t even help get the correct peice i needed. smh. DO NOT PURCHUSE THIS ITEM!
