Perfect for WFH — finally a headset that just works (and lets me make dinner mid-meeting)
I work from home and was tired of running over my USB headset cord every day. This one solved that problem instantly. A) It’s really nicely designed — solid build, comfortable, and looks clean on the desk. B) I love that I can lift the mic boom and it automatically mutes on Teams. Simple but brilliant. C) The battery lasts forever and there’s an actual off switch (thank you). D) My favorite part: I can turn off my camera, stir dinner in the crockpot, add water, walk back, flip the mic down, and talk like I wasn’t just in the kitchen 20 feet away. If you’re on Teams calls all day — whether at home or in the office — this thing is absolutely worth the expense.

Bad Product- Unreliable
I bought this in April 2025 by December 2025, the microphone stopped working. Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible, they work on tickets and digital assistant. Do not recommend this product, it is a Chinese company, no customer service in USA

Great product
Great headmount, works very good and has had no issues using it for many months already. The battery is also very good, I can have very long phone calls for many hours, and the headset will work well.

This is the one you need
I've been using this everyday for 8-10 hours a day for the last month. Few highlights: It works with my desk phone via USB cable (YealinkT48SB) and my cell phone via Bluetooth at the same time. Huge benefit as I get high call volume on both. Background noise for the person on the other end is really reduced. They can hear me clearly even when it's noisy which is super important to me. Battery life is great, I've never run out. Works great out of the box!

Awesome sound
New phone system and needed a new headseat. This is amazing. The connection is good and the sound quality is amazing! It hooks to my computer, my cell phone, and my Yealink desk phone.

Buy it if you like sending thing back..
Why did you pick this product vs others?: do not buy this product, it does not connect to office phones, also they claim award winning customer service and tech support... Oh really, someone please help me find any number to call them. they have absolutly 0 contact numbers. They have some ticketing process that says please allow 48hrs to get back to you... Really, this is a headset for an office team member... so meanwhile, you want him to twiddle his thumbs... sending them all back.. also was sold 2 used devices, with cords missing and no instructions.... No support, No instructions, No contact numbers, via online or this amazon store...

Excellent Choice
Impressive range and sound quality. Ear pad is comfortable, battery life is really good. I'm impressed with this headset. This would be the perfcct gift for someone working from home.

So first of all. Something is going on with the reviews on this listing. Just about everyone of them seem to be of free product. Not this one.. I bought with my own money. First off my use case: I am tired of the instability of Bluetooth. I wanted to go DECT and once I found this one that could do both in case I need to fail back - I had to try it. Unbox and setup was simple. Plug in wall plug in base set headset on base. Charging begins. USB c to PC and headset was recognize and working without issue on a locked down corporate laptop. So far so good. Listening to some music to sample driver quality is ok. This is not meant to be a studio headset. Local microphone playback seems acceptable. Have several meeting tomorrow. Will update after a full day of use. I’ll probably buy another is all is well by the end of the week. We shall see. 4 stars so far. (I doubt they will make it to 5 but hey it’s better than my 1 star expensive Jabra that couldn’t hold a Bluetooth connection）

The product input and output didnt work. No voice could be heard or the other person voice couldn't be heard either. Not worth the money at all. Returned

Bluetooth hat funktioniert. Direkt beim 1. Anlauf. Tolle Sprachqualität. Hoffentlich hält es länger als nur 2 Monate. Hatte bereits mehrere Bluetooth-Headsets, die allesamt nach spätestens 2 Monaten den Geist aufgegeben haben. Sieht etwas fragwürdig aus, weil es wirklich sehr flexibel ist. Auf dem Kopf sitzt es allerdings gut, es drückt nichts. Akzeptables Gewicht. 50m Bluetooth-Reichweite kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich bin wieder flexibel im Büro unterwegs, das reicht mir erstmal. Zur DECT-Einbindung kann ich nichts sagen, die Variante habe ich mir verkniffen. Die Bluetooth-Einbindung erfolgte direkt an Gigaset-Telefonie.

Nous l'utilisons 9 heures par jour, Sur pc, mobile et sur un Yealink SIP-t46U, dans un usine, il a signal jusqu'à au moins 200 pieds. Que du positif !
