For what it is (a bit like a potato peeler with a serrated blade), I consider this to be overpriced. It also seems rather flimsy, although it has withstood use on courgettes and carrots without coming to any harm so far. And it works - neat juliennes, which are attractive and both quick and easy to produce. Mind your fingers that hold the vegetable though.A precautionary note: This came with a thin plastic cover for the blade, but that was soon mislaid. If keeping the gadget in a drawer with other utensils, be careful - the blade has very sharp edges.

Confusingly, this was advertised to me during my toddler kitchenware purchasing spree. Knives from the same brand are fantastic for kids, however I only note now, after a lost tip of a finger nail (thankfully nothing worse) that this is in fact a novelty peeler, not a children's peeler.No question the product is high quality and am sure will be fine for household use, but no good for children under 5.

We had one of these as a silly housewarming gift. It was the best peeler we’ve ever had and didn’t blunt over the last 5 years. We somehow managed to loose it - gutted - so we had to buy another but this one is just as good!

Excellent peeler for adults or children. Bought this for my son 7 so he could help in kitchen. Now I want one for myself.

Love them!!! Good grip, sharp edge. I use tomato one for kiwi its great! Definately would buy again. But I think they will last long time. Very good buy
