The images they post make the trash can seem way bigger than it is. However… I used my brain to check the measurements and knew ahead of time it as a tiny trash. Which is exactly what I wanted. A tiny outdoor trash that looked good and can easily be hidden to put my dogs poop in. I love it. For reference my dog is a German Shepard husky mix about 45 pounds and this mini trash can stash a weeks worth of poop no problem. I use 1 small trash bag and just scoop the poop in it without issue. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money. This seemed like a great idea for yard cleanup, but it’s poorly designed. The inner bin has a paint can-style handle that lifts the bag with it, making the opening too small to easily drop in dog poop. It’s also uncomfortable to carry when full. The foot pedal doesn’t fully open the lid, making it awkward to use. Worst of all, it doesn’t keep out moisture—after one week, I opened it to find a can full of liquified dog poop. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the hassle.

We have 2 long haired Chihuahua boys. We pick up the poop in a doggie poop bag and store in this trash container until my husband empties the inside bin. Because we use poop bags we empty the trash bin once a day. Before we bought this dog poop trash can we would keep the poop filled bags on side of the back patio. My husband would take the poop bags to main garbage can once a day. This new method with the trash can is much better. You don’t see poop filled bags lying around on the back patio.

I love this pooper trash can. The lid opening foot lever is great make it easy to just drop the poop in the bag. There’s no smell. The ease of cleaning is outstanding because I line the can with a bag. The Capacity is great!

What I wanted.

Purchased it May 5, used and changed it a few times. By May 20, it was swarmed with maggots. I didn’t take a picture of the bag as I was disgusted but I took a picture of the lid after I sprayed it down with bug killer. I purchased this to prevent bugs and odors from spreading and it did the complete opposite, there was water that would come out when I would change the bags. Should have been the first warning sign of a bad product. Not worth purchasing. Way too expensive for this item.
