I was kinda skeptical that this would have any affect at all, but after over a week being consistent with doses, im starting to notice the results. Hard to notice any change in focus?

I have only been using it a few days, however I feel the difference during the day after using in the morning. I feel less tired and have more energy. I like not having to take another pill and what I feel is a gradual build up in my system nothing to drastic.
