I love the chopper fast, easy to use and easy to clean

I cook a lot at home, and chopping vegetables has always been the most time-consuming part. This machine has made things so much easier. The fact that it can slice, dice, shred, and cut into strips all in one unit is super convenient — I don’t have to switch between gadgets or spend forever prepping. The blades are adjustable, so I can control the thickness depending on what I’m making. For example, I can shred carrots finely for salads or cut thicker slices for stir-fry. It handles both soft veggies and firm ones like potatoes really well.

This slicer dicer is commercial grade, motor is not high speed but high torque for cutting. The included blades are cutter and rotary which combined make short work of tedious food prep. Safety features include a trigger that only operates the machines cover is in place. Recommended for versatility.

Update : Blade post broken in under a year with 2-3 weekly uses. Can't find how to contact vendor for replacement. Removal of the blade is a little sketchy, kind of a bad design having to use a provided wrench to remove, sometimes it seems to tighten itself a little too much during use. Motor is fairly slow , resulting in some chops that are a little mushy , we use primarily to dice bell peppers and onions. But it's not that bad considering its only 20 percent of the price of a robot coupe. Easy to keep clean, seems fairly robust in build quality, good amount of dice and chop options.

I had high hopes for this electric slicer—after all, we chop a mountain of veggies in this house. And while it does exactly what it promises (slices, dices, shreds, and strips with ease), it’s built like a tank. At nearly the size and weight of a small countertop appliance store, it’s not something you casually pull out to chop a couple onions for dinner. The wide chute and stainless blades handle produce beautifully, and I can see this thriving in a small catering kitchen or restaurant prep area. But for everyday family cooking, it’s just too heavy and cumbersome to justify the counter or storage space. Cleaning the parts isn’t hard, but again, the size makes it feel like a chore.
