QIDI TECHNOLOGY 3D Printer, New Model: X-smart, Fully Metal Structure, 3.5 Inch Touchscreen

UPDATED REVIEW --- 31-May-2019After manya ttempts and failures, finally I receive an email from someone with very good professionalism and understanding of the issue. That has been the best customer service I have had in years, that person wanted to understand the problem and after explaining all the pros and cons, they decided to exchange it for a new working model.They are very responsible and they really understand that any printer doesn't matter how and when the customer gets it, needs to reach a certain level of quality, because that is how you proctec your brand and quality image.I am very happy now cause I will be able to make a fair review with a 100% working printer, and not the faulty and "openned but unnused stattus" the printer Amazon sent me.If everything goes as planned, I will receibe the new model the next week, and I will post a link here witha brief review if possible.Now I can feel that QIDI is a very responsible customer service, and soon I will be able to test 100% how good technically their products are.And if everything goes well, soon I will buy the X-MAX.Original review----It looks very well built but it is just a first impression. The qidi print software isn’t very friendly, it has some major bugs that I have reported to them but they have literally ignored. Also the print doesn’t work well with abs, and they also refuse to accept feedback to fix this problem. I have asked them for the print head that I am elegible to be sent for free To print in abs but they now ask me to pay £70 for something that should have come in the box.The support service is very poor as I have asked them to even send at least the calibration black paper and they also refuse to even replace it. It is a really small paper that should come 5units in the box, but instead of it they just ask me to pay £2 per each plus cost shipping. Literally scamming service. There is no service just like EA asking you to pay for things that should be included in the begging. I won’t recommend the QIDI brand at all. They are not worth, it looks like the only worth buying are the X-Max and plus, but they cost almost like a professional printer like ZORTRAX. But qidi is far before a professional printer.

As of use so far I have had very good print quality the printer. The ease of setup is a key point for me, the quality of the supplied filament is good and makes for perfect prints, especially if your testing and finding the best settings. I have used the printer with pla with a large success.The Control centre of the slicer software is perfect for controlling tempatures, moving the axis and sending files and printing.The supplied USB is a good capacity 16GB

The X-Smart 3D Printer arrived the next day after ordering from Amazon. I have only don one print up to now but it looks really good. Being a enclosed 3D printer is just what I wanted.
