Good quality brace!
I ordered a medium brace, it's exactly as described. I did have a hard plastic brace before and I wanted to have one that was a bit softer. This was perfect for me. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a brace. Really good quality too!

Not as soft as I expected but gives excellent support but it's slightly too deep for me ( 3.5" at smallest under chin)
