I usually start my Amazon shopping adventure by reading the negative reviews. Often I turn away from a product because of them. However, I also read the postive ones and I'm glad I didn't let the naysayers deter me from this purchase. Mine came with a handy-damdy extension piece which allows for easy sizing. Lose or gain a few pounds, you will still still be able to adjust the length to your circumference without needing to purchase a replacement. I find this lumbsr brace/belt comfortable, easily adjustable and effective. It helps stabilize my compromised lower back which has withstood more than one discectomy/lamenectomy. The pully system adds stability without compromising the ability to move freely. The compression is easily adjustable. Overall, wearing the brace gives a feeling of assurance that injury can be avoided by a sudden accidental movement. The quality appears to be excellent. The material is breathable. The price certainly seems fair for what you receive. There is a useful removable stiffener that adds to support when needed, but can be removed when additional comfort is desired. This is the second back brace I own. I misplaced the original for a time and really can't do without. This one is lighter than the first, but just as useful. I use them alternately. I think one of the reasons I chose to purchase this one is it's pretty! Am very happy with this product.

I’ve never had back issues or needed a back brace before. The other day I sprained my lower back while on a work trip. I didn’t have access to a measuring tape so I don’t know what size to buy. I wear a size 31 Levi’s, that’s all I knew. From the existing reviews, I was able to narrow it down and I ordered a large. I didn’t pay for expedited shipping but my brace arrived the next morning. I was able to pull it out of the bag, put it on and I received instant relief from the pain. The design has a lumbar support pad on the inside can can be adjusted with a Velcro attachment. The outside lumbar support is a stiff plastic that is solid but still allows for me to move around and sit comfortably. Although there were instructions, I was able to just put it on and adjust it. There is a thick band that velcros to make the band tight. Then, there are 2 side bands that are attached to the smaller bands to get a tighter fit. I could have gotten away with a medium. I am 5’4” and around 150 lbs. This also comes with an extender that allows for probably 5-6 more inches. Although mine is a little bigger, there is no compromise on the fit or function due to the smart design. The next day, I received an email asking if I had any questions, it said there is a 30 day warranty and lifetime customer support. I really appreciate this product that almost instantly takes my back pain away, feels great and works as a waist trainer and the customer behind it. Excellent product!

You can tighten or loosen it to get the exact amount of pressure you want on your lower back. Ease of Use: Simple to put on and take off. No complicated setup. Stability / Quality: It stays in place and doesn’t shift around. The build quality feels solid and durable. Overall: This brace does exactly what it’s supposed to do: provide proper lumbar support. It’s not a replacement for core strengthening or exercise, but as a medical support product, it works extremely well. I genuinely feel the difference when I wear it and would absolutely recommend it.

I love it but if you are basic Queen definitely sometimes it rolls I do love that it has the extender band and it fits very well as long as I'm standing it is quality and very nice. Gives me some relief on my low back pain not all release helps me stand a little bit longer with that it gives me a little more Mobility

Fits perfectly! Very comfortable. I have to wear it constantly so the fact it’s comfort is a 10/10 for me is great! I also love it’s not bulky and you get the same stablitly and relief from it!

My wife Loves this brace. The fit can be customized. There is an extra insert that can be flipped up or down to support higher or lower. I have also tried it and it is very supportive and comfortable to wear. The support is significant. It seems very well made. I paid for this product and I would recommend this brace.

I really like this back brace — it has a very good support system and feels strong and secure when lifting or standing for long periods. The straps are easy to adjust and it definitely helps reduce lower back strain. However, the upper edge has a seam that is a bit stiff, and after wearing it for a few hours it can cause some irritation on the skin. If they improved or softened that stitching, it would be perfect. Overall, great support, but just be aware you may want to wear it over a shirt to avoid irritation.

Altezza 178 cm x 85 kg tonicità muscolare buona, taglia scelta "M". ⚠️ Come dicono tutti in altre recensioni , va usata con cautela, perché a lungo termine potrebbe compromettere la tonicità dei muscoli del core, dunque addominale e fianchi. ✅ Per il suo scopo, funziona benissimo ed è comoda. Nella mia esperienza mi sta aiutando molto ad affrontare le giornate in fase di dolore acuto ed attenuare il dolore. Le dimensioni risultano ideali per la mia corporatura. 😍 Personalmente dall'annuncio non avevo notato la presenza delle "bacchette" di sostegno ma devo ammettere che sono molto ben fatte ed influiscono sulla portanza generale. L'ho usata in palestra e lavoro, sorregge bene, traspirante e comoda. Ho avuto una piccola dermatite che credo sia dovuta all'utilizzo prolungato della fascia (5 ore) molto stretta, che mi è passato il giorno successivo. Concludo dicendo che non sarà sicuramente la fascia a garantire una guarigione o l'eliminazione del problema, ma sicuramente può aiutare a combattere il problema in accoppiata ad una buona terapia farmacologica e riabilitativa. 👍🏽 La consiglio a tutti coloro che come me hanno avuto o combattono problemi alla schiena. Con il prezzo che costa e la qualità che offre durerà sicuramente molto tempo. Se sono stato d'aiuto, pur rimanendo molto riassuntivo, vi chiedo un piccolo supporto con il tasto dedicato 🙏

Buon prodotto. Sostiene in presenza di ernie lombari e da subito sollievo quando lo si indossa. Le fasce estensibili esterne possono essere regolate in tensione a seconda delle necessità . Con il suo utilizzo ho ridotto l' assunzione di antidolorifici

Ho acquistato questa fascia per un supporto extra durante gli sforzi e devo dire che è di ottima qualità. Le cuciture e i velcri sono resistenti, fatti per durare. Ho trovato molto comoda la prolunga (le fasce elastiche aggiuntive) che permette di regolare la compressione in modo millimetrico. Il supporto lombare è efficace e dà subito una sensazione di protezione alla schiena. Consigliatissima!
