I first received this product and noticed it was not what is being advertised. The product I received cannot output 4k 120hz with hdmi 2.1 cables. It even states on the box it can only do 4k 60hz max. So I initiated a return and received the exact same incorrect device the 2nd time. Barcode sticker on both boxes shows HDMI 2.1 4k 120hz but it is indeed the wrong product in the box. Looks like a mishap from the manufacturer labeling the wrong boxes. I even tested it on my pc and max it can do is 4k 60hz. Either way both of these are getting returned and will have to search again for another hdmi 2.1 switcher that can do 4k 120hz. I wish I could just get the original product that I ordered. False advertising.

Thin design, nice quality materials, good video:This product is thinly designed but is still relatively durable - the metal materials that make up the shell of the unit help to physically protect it while also acting as a passive cooling system, keeping the product from overheating during extended use. The video transmission quality is very sharp, and there's so far been no color saturation or lagging issues with the video quality. This product does require manual switching, since there is no included remote, but really does preserve the video quality nicely, and I haven't noticed any difference in the picture quality when compared to a direct HDMI connection.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
