Can the liquid be used on full frame sensor swaps?/ Camera SONY A7SIII

The liquid can be used on any sensor, but the swabs (width) are sized for a crop sensor. APS-C sensors fall under the category of crop sensors. There is another kit for full frame. I used this kit on my crop sensor and it works great, literally 2 drops of the liquid on the cleaning swab is all you need.

Can I use this for my Nikon D500?

It's my understanding that the Nikon D500 is an APS-C sensor camera, in which case this should work just fine.

How many drops of cleaner should you do to avoid residue?

Can i use this product on a large aps-h-size (28.7 x 19.1 mm) cmos? if not, could you please point me to the right direction?

I have never had a camera with that size of sensor. The APS-C sensor size is approximately 25.1×16.7 mm, so the brush in this kit probably won't reach all of the edges of the sensor.
