This yeast is working well but wine making is a long process so it is really too early to know if there is any yeast residue in the flavor. So far this is a good product though.

I used this yeast to make about 6 gallons of apple/grape wine and it worked so well. Had to back sweeten as the yeast used all of the sugars.

Make sure you do your wine yeast research! This one is designed to ferment to a slightly higher ABV! Research, research, research! I am highly satisfied and received the desired result from my wine fermentation with this product!
