worked well with strawberry wine @ 70 Degrees F. testing on cherry wine now.

So easy to use and now I have made some wine! I do recommend using this for sweeter wines. there are multiple options to use for different wines.

Fair enough it was discounted / clearance but would have been good to disclose best before date was within 2 weeks of date of order! Does seem to be ok (used 1 sachet) and rest are now in freezer - fingers crossed.

I haven't used the yeast yet, but it arrived on time and securely packaged (rain-proof) so I'm satisfied.

Arrived intact and on time. I purchased this specifically to revive a stuck/stalled ferment, as per the supplier's advert. No luck yet. We shall see, I supose.
