Slice Like an Octopus!
The cutter assembly feels more solid than I would expect, considering the scissors-like expansion. It’s well made of stainless steel with 4 wingnut tightening adjustments to hold the distance stable between the cutting wheels once your desired strip width of dough is reached. Just loosen the wingnuts to allow for easy expansion or contraction of the scissors frame. Adjusts from the smallest strip width of 1/2” each to the widest strip of a little over 2” each. See photos for measurements at maximum width. Thanks to the 7 separate cutting wheel blades, this gadget makes very quick work of cutting 6 even-sized dough strips simultaneously.Surely a unique kitchen tool that not everybody on the block has, but when you need it, there’s nothing quite like it!
