I got these just on the off chance, I’d previously been using Lullabites and even though they worked I couldn’t warrant £84 a month, so I bought these and I’ll be honest they worked much better and and don’t cost anywhere near as much, I’ve gone from averaging 5 hours of sleep to between 7 and 9 hours a night, my deep sleep has always been around 10 minutes, in these magnesium I’m getting a minimum of 53 minutes of deep sleep, over 4 and half hours of core sleep and anywhere from 2 hours to 3 and half hours of r.e.m, I’m so glad I got these on the subscription.
